Employee – Most of my experience has been as an employee of a company, typically director of product.
Consultant – I offer consulting, typically on an hourly basis. You can contact me directly or through one of the services that I am registered with.
Coach – I offer coaching for early-to-mid career product professionals. My efforts here focus on helping clients develop a strategy to address the product, business, and organizational issues they encounter, and mechanisms for evaluating and improving that strategy over time. Profit is not my primary motivator for coaching, so I generally eschew retainers, packages, and the like. I also do some pro bono work here as time permits.
Advisor or Co-Founder – I enjoy speaking with entrepreneurs and early stage startups. Sometimes these lead to consulting or employment opportunities, and I’m open to collaborating to build something awesome.
Contractual – I offer contractual services, typically on a fee-for-project basis. Projects include data analysis, data migration/transformation, ai/ml model creation, llm fine tuning, prompt engineering as well as collateral development.
